Create and Embed Your Own Contact Form To Blogger

Are you a blogger having a contact page on your blog page, and been having your email address display? If you can take a look to the type of messages you are receiving, you might have been receiving a SPAM messages. But you have been looking for a way out. Yes there is a hope now you don't need to delete your email and not receiving direct message from your readers. People that was my blog are asking me how I integrate a contact form into my blog and how I
integrate a advertising form into my blog, but now I have to share this with you all.

Blogger don't give any contact forms for their blogs, so we need to create one and integrate it by ourselves. But before any other thing, you have to know that many of the forms webmaster are using are been designed using PHP, ASP, CGI, HTML etc and it is possible if your site is hosted on your own web server. Since Blogger is just a blogging platform and does not give users access to the actual server, adding such a form is out of question. But nevertheless, with the third party tools you can add a contact form to your blogger blog just like any there website.

There are many contact from providers but i will go for ZOHO Creator and KONTACTR because it's easy.

With KONTACTR:

Start create your form on KONTACTR

Kontactr
Register with them and they will give you the code.

And with ZOHO Creator:

Start create your form on ZOHO

Go to ZOHO Creator and either create a new account or login using existing Yahoo ID or Gmail ID.

Click Create New Application and then in the next page name your form "Contact Form" or what ever. Click Next.

In the next page, you will find various fields on the field hand side (panel). Click and Drag each fields you want to use to the right panel, name them one after the other. Click on options of each fields and check the box "This is required field".

You can also use HOVER options for your mouse over More Action on the right hand panel to reveal a drop down box. Click on Form Properties, to add a Success Message i.e. the message that will be displayed after a user Submits the form and verification code.

After all have been inputed you need to set a Notification just go to More Actions and click Set Email Notivication and fill-in the details to receive email notification whenever users submit the form. This is necessary, otherwise you will have to manually keep checking whether anybody had tried to contact you using the form. make the box "Include user submitted data" is checked. After you have finished creating all fields, click Access this Application. On the next page click More Action  and then Embed in your website.

You must make the form accessib;e wothout requiring login. Click on the appropriate link. You should see a message "Through this code snppent, you can access the for without login."

Using Customize Items and Customize looks you can further customize the form. Finally copy the code and embed it in a post on your blogger. You can also use this for on any website and blogs like Typepad, Wordpress and so on. Then the form will look like:
